Location:   Clermont Multi-Purpose Health Service, Division of Public Health and Rural Services, Mackay Hospital and Health Service 

Remuneration:   Based on Part-Time (40 hrs p.f.) 

Remuneration value up to $249,639 p.a. comprising salary between $4,820.50 p.f. - $5,110.85 p.f. (L25-L27) or remuneration value up to $216,847 p.a. comprising salary between $4,031.00 p.f. - $4,571.05 p.f. (L18-L23) or remuneration value up to $189,381 p.a. comprising salary between $3,490.05 p.f. - $3,927.10 p.f. (L13-L17); employer superannuation contribution (up to 12.75%), annual leave loading (17.5%) is paid for 4 weeks leave, attraction and retention incentive allowance, professional development allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., professional indemnity cover, plus overtime and on-call allowances. Clermont Hospital  is situated three hours west of Mackay and has a population just over 3,000 and sits within the Isaac Regional Council area. Clermont Multipurpose Health Service (MPHS) is a 32-bed facility, including 10 x acute inpatient beds and 22 aged care beds in Montcler. Current services include aged care, 24-hour acute and emergency care, Community Health Nurses, Allied Health support, Outpatient Clinics and the Community Home Support Program (CHSP). 

Your opportunity 
Develop and maintain a high-quality, effective, efficient, and equitable clinical service to hospital clients. Provide education of medical staff and students, allied health, interested community groups and nursing staff and to co-ordinate as necessary with other personnel within the hospital, other hospital services and agencies to ensure optimum patient care, and to ensure integration of services in the wider community.
