Case Based Discussion enrolment
Ensure that you have read the CBD section of the Fellowship
Assessment Handbook for guidance on Case requirements.
To complete your enrolment, you will be required to submit:
* NB: Each Case is saved as a single PDF file of 5mb or less
By enrolling into this assessment, I am confirming the following:
- Cases include clinical notes with a minimum of two
(2) and maximum of four (4) consultations for each case with clear
demonstration that I am primarily managing the patient.
- Case page limit does not exceed 20 - 30 pages per
case.
- Cases are at least medium level complexity.
- Cases are representative across the curriculum, with
no more than three from one area except for at least two (2) mental health
cases.
- Cases are de-identified as per the CBD requirements.
- Permission from my employer to submit the cases has been obtained and is recorded on the Cases Summary Form.
