Learning Objectives: 

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of your current supervision arrangements.
  • Construct a teaching plan o how to teach your registrar procedural skills.

  • Identify management strategies involving challenging paediatric behaviours, turning this into a teaching opportunity.

This will be a highly interactive educational event with built-in opportunities to engage in small group activities with supervisors and presenters.
