Acute Life-threatening Emergencies, Recognition and Treatment (ALERT) - 01/01/2023 - 31/12/2025

The ALERT course is designed to provide clinicians with assessment and management skills for patients who are experiencing life threatening emergencies.

GPs encounter a range of clinical conditions in general practice, including conditions which, if not recognised and treated promptly, may result in death or significant morbidity to the patient.

Early recognition and appropriate management reduces the morbidity and mortality of life threatening presentations to general practice.
