Introduction to CBD Assessment

The Case Based Discussion (CBD) Preparation Course aims to support you in preparing you for the ACRRM CBD assessment. The course will emphasise the importance of metacognition, which means awareness and understanding about your own thought processes, self-talk and self-care. Any high-stakes assessment is stressful, so recognition of this and self-awareness of your emotions and stress levels are of paramount importance when preparing for ACRRM fellowship assessments.
