Orientation to Fellowship Training –Supervisors

This course has been designed to introduce you to the College, the Fellowship Training Program and Supervisor requirements. It also contains links to important resources.

The course will provide a welcome to the College and describe what is involved in the ACRRM Fellowship training program along with e xpected rural generalist competencies.

It will describe the role of the supervisor, their clinocal and educational responsibilities, and of course mentoring and support.

The objectives of this orientation are to:

  • - familiarise you with the ACRRM Fellowship Training Program and the competencies required for Fellowship, and
  • - understand the role of a supervisor and how to get ready to train registrars
