This course has been designed to introduce you to the
College, the
Fellowship Training Program and Supervisor requirements. It also contains links to
important resources.
The
course will provide a welcome to the College and describe what
is involved in the ACRRM Fellowship training program along with e
xpected rural generalist competencies.
It will describe the role of the supervisor, their
clinocal and educational responsibilities, and of course mentoring
and support.
The objectives of this orientation are to:
- - familiarise you with
the ACRRM Fellowship Training Program and the competencies required for
Fellowship, and
- - understand the role of a supervisor and how
to get ready to train registrars
