A practical guide to brief interventions and motivational interviewing

A practical guide to brief interventions and motivational interviewing course unpacks the theory, models and techniques and allows you to apply them practically in a supported environment.

The material and content within this education course is applicable to almost all consultations delivered by Rural Generalists. Regardless of the health condition, whether chronic disease, mental health, obesity, eating conditions or primary or secondary care, the theory and models can be implemented to gain greater patient outcomes.

Beyond theoretical understanding, we explore models and techniques, empowering you to implement them effectively in your environment. Encompassing brief intervention, motivational interviewing, difficult conversations, and practical implementation, the knowledge acquired is universally beneficial for consultations delivered by Rural Generalists.
