Healthy Ageing: The 75+ Health Check

This short course introduces the Medicare 75+ health assessment and how to deliver it well in rural general practice. It is designed for GPs and primary care clinicians who want a practical overview of what to cover, how to document and bill appropriately, and how to use the assessment to identify common risks such as falls, functional decline, hearing/vision changes, and medication issues. The course also provides an introduction to assessing fitness to drive in older patients using the Austroads framework and relevant state/territory requirements.
