Effective dietary supplements for athletes of all ages and sport endeavour are outlined. The first section focusses on safe and legal supplement use in athletic populations. Eosinophilic oesophagitis (EoE) is a rare immune-mediated disease, characterised clinically by symptoms related to oesophageal dysfunction and histologically by eosinophil-predominant inflammation. Yet, while Australia leads the world in paediatric immunisation rates, adult vaccination coverage continues to lag far behind.
