Hospital is a 70-bed facility providing a comprehensive array of general and
specialist inpatient and outpatient services. These include Emergency, General
Medicine and Surgery, basic Orthopaedics, Clinical Investigation, Obstetrics,
Maternity, Gynaecology, High Dependency and Coronary Care, Palliative Care,
Medical Imaging, Pathology, and Paediatrics. The hospital also offers services
in Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs, Oral Health, Physiotherapy,
Dietetics, Speech Pathology, and community outreach programs.
About the role:
This
unique opportunity is for a specialist GP with Rural Generalist recognition to
work in a busy level 3 obstetric unit alongside specialist obstetricians. The
Rural Generalist (Obstetrics) will provide Obstetrics and Gynaecology services
to Gladstone and Banana Shire hospitals, including expert care at Gladstone
Hospital and support to other Central Queensland facilities via Outreach or
Telehealth Clinics in Biloela, Moura, Theodore, and Baralaba.
About you:
Mandatory qualification/s: MBBS or equivalent eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (DRANZCOG) (advanced).
Salary Information:
Total
remuneration value of up to $446,518 p.a.is comprised of:
• $204,206
- $244,248 p.a. (L18 – L25)
• $176,802
- $204,206 p.a. (L13 – L18)
•
$176,802 - $182,330 p.a. (L13 – L14)
