There is GP work in Mudgee for almost any GP special interest.  Want to do some hospital medicine? The hospital is right next door. Have an interest in skin cancer medicine? We have lots of sun effected skin needing your attention. Enjoy paediatrics? Our population is growing with lots of young families in town.

We are a busy, fully accredited, GP-owned practice which is committed to providing excellent medical care to the Mudgee Region. We currently have 8 Associate GPs, 1 independent GP and 5 GP Registrars who are supported by practice nurses, CDM nurses, a practice manager, administration and reception staff.  Our GPs are all keen to support each other with professional development. We have students from the University of Wollongong and have a history of providing excellent registrar support and training.

We have a purpose-built medical centre including consulting rooms, 2 procedural rooms, a large nurse's room, a pharmacy, radiology, pathology and a café all on site.  Our surgery is fully computerised and uses Best Practice software. Many visiting specialists from Dubbo, Bathurst, Orange and Sydney consult at our surgery.

Get paid well. We are MM4 and DPA area. Mixed billing and eligibility for rural incentives.

Living and family supports are important. If you have children, there are multiple childcare providers and a local preschool. For school age children we have 3 primary schools and 2 high schools to year 12. Before and after school care is available. We will gladly link you with services and help you settle. Become part of the local community by being involved with sport - options abound from walking and running groups to Football and Netball teams. Join our weekly casual dinners with other doctors and medical students.
