The Position
Role: GP VMO – King Island, TAS
Location: King Island Medical Centre & Shared On-Call for Hospital ED
Your role will be pivotal in providing primary care and
emergency support to the local community, working alongside a dedicated team,
including two experienced nurses. With state-of-the-art resources at your
disposal—from CDM and BP monitoring to ECG and immunizations—and regular allied
health support, you’re set to provide the highest quality care, all with
seamless support from the Prescript team.
Dates Available
Shift 1: Monday, 30 Dec 0800 - Friday, 3 Jan 2025, 1700
Shift 2: Monday, 6 Jan 0800 - Friday, 10 Jan 2025, 1700
Rate: $2400 per day (includes
on-call)

What We Require From
You
Qualifications: Current AHPRA specialist registration and Fellowship of RACGP or ACRRM
Experience: A strong background in primary care and ED support, with the ability to adapt to community needs.
Availability: Commitment to the listed dates and shared
on-call duties.
