About
the Role - Fractional appointment (0.4
full-time equivalent)
- Supports the education,
supervision, and welfare of doctors in training (interns, resident medical
officers, and registrars)
- Essential role in designing
and implementing medical training pathways and works closely with WACHS
Central MEU
- Ensures medical students gain hands-on experience and educational activities whenever appropriate

You Highly experienced in medical education coordination
Provides comprehensive support for junior doctors
Actively contributes to planning and executing training programs
Acts as a bridge between regional and central education units
Ensures compliance with PMCWA accreditation requirements
Supports the integration of medical students into the hospital environment
Committed to advancing professional development for the next generation of doctors The
Successful Candidate Will Have - General and specialist
registration by the Medical Board of Australia
- Fellowship of a relevant
Specialist College including Royal Australian College of General
- Practitioners/Australian
College of Rural and Remote Medicine.
- Significant experience in
the education of junior medical staff
- A background in rural medical education.
