Comprising salary $213,380 to $270,033 with additional superannuation and leave loading

Fixed vacancy for 12 months
- Practitioner Allowance – 30% of base
salary per annum
- Attraction Allowance $28,806 per
annum
- Retention Allowance - $36,007 base
rate per annum
- Revenue Incentive Payments -
Medicare
- Billings 50% - paid quarterly
- The package also includes fully
subsidised furnished housing (you need to be employed at least 0.6FTE)
- 2 FOILS/year for you and your
dependents. (Airfares to Darwin + 2 days of leave each time)
- Includes 6 weeks/year of
recreational leave
- 1 week recreational leave if 10
Sundays worked
- 2 weeks a year of professional
development leave/year pro rata
- Relocation for vehicle, personal
effects and airfares for you and your dependents, calculated on your length of
contract
- As a MMM7 you also attract GPRIP payments are the maximum rate
Total package is approximately $390,000 per year – based on the lowest increment of a Rural Generalist
An opportunity is available for a Rural Generalist at Gove District Hospital providing medical services.
Gove District Hospital, located in Nhulunbuy on the Gove peninsula, is a regional 30 bed hospital providing medical, surgical, paediatric, respite and maternity services and offer a broad range of primary and secondary health care services and is run by a Rural Generalist model of care.
