Are you a dedicated medical professional looking

Care service is seeking a passionate Staff Specialist to provide safe,
high-quality medical care within an innovative virtual framework. This role is
central to reducing low-acuity Emergency Department presentations, preventing
unnecessary admissions, and facilitating early hospital discharge. Working
closely with NSW Ambulance and Emergency Departments across the MNCLHD, you
will play a vital role in expanding virtual healthcare services while ensuring
patients receive timely and effective treatment.
As a Staff Specialist, you will provide expert
clinical management, oversee junior medical and nursing staff, and contribute
to protocol development for virtual care delivery. Your commitment to best
practice, high standards of documentation, and informed decision-making will be
key in enhancing patient outcomes. In addition to direct patient care, you will
actively participate in clinical governance, risk management, and quality
improvement programs to maintain excellence in service delivery.
