Qualifications
and Experience:
We are seeking applications from motivated and compassionate
clinicians — whether currently based in a metropolitan or regional setting —
who are looking to broaden their clinical scope, gain valuable rural
experience, and find greater career fulfilment.
Ideal candidates will hold and demonstrate the
following: - Eligible for General and/or
Specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
- Fellowship with either the Royal
Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and/or Australian College
of Rural and Remote Medicine (FACRRM) or working towards the same. *
- Experience working in Emergency
Medicine or an urgent care setting or willingness to upskill.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal,
and written communication abilities, with strengths in negotiation and
conflict resolution.
- Must have a current C or C-A class
driver’s licence as traveling is required of the role.

Renumeration:
Senior Medical Practitioner Year 1
$377,207 – Year 3 $401,095 per annum; Rural Generalist Year 1 $382,342 –
Year 5 $432,570 per annum (dependent on the candidate’s level of applicable
experience and qualifications).
