Overview Work in a pivotal role in a respected
Emergency Department at Mount Gambier Hospital, providing high-quality patient
care and clinical leadership. This is your opportunity to shape the future of

while enjoying the lifestyle benefits of the Limestone Coast. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver safe, high-quality clinical care to Emergency
Department patients and inpatients requiring urgent review.
- Provide clinical leadership, mentoring, and supervision
to trainee medical officers and junior staff.
- Lead quality improvement, teaching, audit, and research
activities to enhance patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to
optimise care, safety, and clinical systems.
Who Are We Looking For? - Do you have appropriate specialist qualifications (FACEM)
and registrable with the Medical Board of Australia as Medical
Practitioner
- Do you have extensive experience in emergency medicine,
with advanced skills in resuscitation, airway management, circulatory support,
and retrieval of critically ill patients, particularly in a rural
setting?
- Are you committed to clinical leadership, mentoring, and
supporting multidisciplinary teams?
