Replacement Exemption. Kildare Road Medical Centre in
Blacktown is a large, well-established family owned general practice with strong
patient demand serving a diverse community. This role is ideal for a GP who wants
to maintain a broad scope of practice while stepping into a high-volume,
well-supported clinical environment. Why

practice with consistent demand across general practice, chronic disease

translates into strong patient relationships and continuity of care. The practice was established in 2010
and is dedicated to providing an excellent environment for doctors to consult

You have the flexibility to shape your
own clinical mix over time. Strong earning potential with security
upfront - 70% of billings
- $200 per hour guaranteed for the
first 6 months
- Many recent doctors have not had to
use their guarantee due to strong patient demand and marketing efforts by the
practice
This provides stability during your
transition while allowing you to scale your billings. The practice participates in the Bulk
Billing Practice Incentive Program (BBPIP). There are opportunities to bill
privately for non-Medicare eligible consults as well. As a doctor at a BBPIP practice you
will be eligible for your share of the 12.5% incentive on your MBS
billings. The practice assists doctors who need
more support with the MBS and has internal software they use to help with missed
billings and missed billing incentives. Modern, well-supported clinical environment

presence and actively supports doctors in building their patient base, including
promoting areas of clinical interest where appropriate. Location Blacktown is a major hub in Western
Sydney, approximately 35 km from the CBD, with strong transport links and
ongoing population growth. It offers the patient volume of a metro
location with a community feel. There is an above average disease burden within
the LGA meaning there is a lot of opportunity for doctors who provide Chronic
Disease Management to their patients. About
