Remuneration: You will receive a competitive
remuneration package value up to $493,300 (L24) comprising salary
rates between $386,509 (L13) and $493,300 p.a. (L24), motor vehicle
allowance, professional development allowance, professional development
leave 3.6 weeks p.a., regional attraction allowance,
professional indemnity cover and private practice arrangements.
Superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) will be
applied additionally to the total remuneration value.

As Medical
Superintendent, you’ll play a key role in strengthening care delivery
for a rural community, balancing clinical practice with leadership to drive
safe, high-quality outcomes. From providing urgent care to leading
multidisciplinary teams, your work will shape both patient experiences and
service improvement.
