Mount View Medical Centre is seeking an ACRRM GP Registrar
to join our supportive, community-focused practice in Laurieton on the Mid North
Coast of NSW. This is an excellent opportunity to train in a well-established

The
Role
Level 1 Registrar: 4 days per
week Level 2 and above: 5 days per week
This position is ideal for a
registrar seeking a supportive team environment, hands-on rural generalist
experience, and a clear pathway toward Fellowship with strong mentoring
throughout training.

Financial and Training Incentives
Eligible registrars
may be able to access a range of financial supports and incentives associated
with rural GP training and ACRRM pathways, subject to current eligibility
requirements and funding rules.
Potential ACRRM Flexible Funds
support may include: - Rural placement support for eligible MM4 placements
- Relocation assistance for eligible registrars moving
to the region
- Wellbeing support payments in eligible circumstances
Housing support: up to 50% of weekly rental costs, capped at
a maximum of $1,500 per month, may be available for eligible registrars. National GP Training Incentive Payments: From
Semester 1, 2026, eligible GP and Rural Generalist registrars enrolled in a
Commonwealth-funded training pathway may access national GP Training Incentive
Payments, including a salary incentive, study leave incentive, and parental
leave incentive. These payments are designed to improve support for registrars
and their families during training.
HELP debt reduction
opportunities: Eligible doctors living and working in rural, remote,
or very remote locations may also benefit from the Australian Government’s HELP
for Rural Doctors initiative, which can reduce outstanding HELP debt for doctors
working in MM3 to MM7 locations.
