Prescript Recruitment is seeking an
experienced Senior Rural Generalist or FACEM for flexible FIFO locum work at
Katherine Hospital in the Northern Territory. The current confirmed block is
10–28 August 2026, with further opportunities expected through to January 2027
and flexible block lengths considered. Working as the senior Emergency
Medicine Coordinator, you will provide clinical leadership and supervision
within the Emergency Department. The role includes managing adult, paediatric
and neonatal presentations, supporting junior medical staff, coordinating
escalation and transfers, and stabilising critically unwell patients. Applicants
should be FACEM-qualified, FACRRM-qualified with advanced Emergency Medicine
skills, or have equivalent senior Emergency Department experience. The package includes $3,000 per day,
return flights, accommodation and car hire reimbursement, plus dedicated support
