Join a dynamic Emergency Department team where you will provide expert emergency medicine care, clinical leadership and support the delivery of high-quality patient outcomes. As an Emergency Department Consultant, you will deliver specialist assessment and treatment, provide medical leadership across the department and hospital, and contribute to a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement.
You will play a key role in mentoring medical staff, supporting education and training, contributing to quality improvement, research and clinical governance activities, and helping shape the future direction of emergency services. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a high-performing multidisciplinary team while continuing to develop your own professional practice.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
You
will………. - Provide expert emergency medicine
assessment, treatment and clinical decision-making to ensure high-quality
patient care and outcomes.
- Provide clinical leadership,
guidance and support to medical, nursing and multidisciplinary teams within
the Emergency Department.
- Mentor and educate junior medical
staff and health professionals through teaching, supervision and professional
development activities.
- Contribute to quality improvement,
clinical governance, audit, research and the ongoing enhancement of emergency
medicine services.
- Support the development of departmental policies, protocols and service improvements while working collaboratively across the hospital.
