Ochre Health Bourke is looking for an
experienced FRACGP or FACRRM GP VMO with strong Emergency Medicine skills to
join our rural team on a full-time or flexible FIFO arrangement. This role combines General Practice with hospital and ED work, offering strong earning potential and excellent clinical support.
What we offer
- High earning potential through GP
billings and VMO income
- 65% of GP clinic billings, providing
additional income alongside hospital VMO work
- $2,000 VMO on-call payment per
day
- Shared 1-in-2 VMO roster,
approximately 7 days per fortnight
- Daytime coverage for all patient
categories, with Category 1 & 2 after-hours
- Ideally 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
FIFO, with other roster arrangements open for discussion to suit your
availability
- House and vehicle provided
- Strong hospital nursing and clinic
support
- VRGS support providing additional
virtual Rural Generalist medical coverage
- Opportunity to maintain and continue
using your Emergency Medicine skills
- MMM6 and DPA location with access to
eligible rural workforce incentives
What we
are looking for We are looking for a FRACGP or FACRRM
Fellow with recent ED/VMO experience, strong emergency skills and confidence
managing acute presentations in a rural setting. Current ALS2 or equivalent
emergency certification is highly regarded. If you are looking for a flexible GP VMO role with strong earning potential, rural medicine and ongoing ED exposure, Bourke could be a great fit.
