Ochre Medical Centre Lightning Ridge is
looking for an experienced FRACGP or FACRRM GP VMO to join our team on
a full-time basis or flexible FIFO arrangement.
This role combines General Practice with hospital
and Emergency Medicine, offering strong earning potential and excellent
clinical support in one of NSW’s most unique outback communities.
What we offer
- High earning potential through
a combination of GP billings and VMO income
- 65% of GP clinic billings, providing
additional income alongside hospital VMO work
- $2,000 VMO on-call payment per
day
- 1 in 4 hospital roster, 8:00am to
8:00am
- Daytime coverage for all patient
categories, with Category 1 & 2 after-hours
- Full-time or flexible FIFO
arrangements to suit your availability
- Return travel provided for
FIFO
- Furnished accommodation and vehicle
provided
- Strong support from both the
hospital and Ochre clinic teams
- Opportunity to maintain and continue
using your Emergency Medicine skills
What we are looking for
We are looking for
a FRACGP or FACRRM Fellow with recent ED or VMO experience who is
confident managing acute presentations in a rural setting. ALS2 or
equivalent emergency certification is highly regarded.
