Rural Medical Practitioner (RMP)
•RL3.3 – 3.5 $213,380 – 232,468 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
•PD Allowance $22,251 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
•Attraction Allowance $14,836 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
•Retention Allowance $22,251 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
•Revenue Activity Incentive
Payment – 50% of Medicare Billings to the maximum of $75,000 per
annum Rural Generalist (RG)
•RG1 – RG4 $213,380 – 242,013 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
•PD Allowance $22,251 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
•Attraction Allowance $14,836 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
•Retention Allowance $22,251 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
•Practitioner Allowance 30% of salary paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
•Revenue

•RL4.1 – 4.4 $242,013 – 270,033 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
•PD Allowance $22,251 – 29,670 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
•Attraction Allowance $14,836 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
•Retention Allowance $22,251 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
•SRMP Allowance $29,670 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
•Revenue Activity Incentive Payment – 50% of Medicare
Billings to the maximum of $75,000 per annum Senior Rural Generalist (SRG)
•RL4.1 – 4.4 $251,554 – 270,033 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
•PD Allowance $22,251 – 29,670 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
•Attraction Allowance $14,836 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
•Retention Allowance $22,251 per annum paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
•Practitioner Allowance 30% of salary paid on a fortnightly pro rata basis
•Revenue Activity Incentive Payment – 50%

Professional Development leave 10 days; 6 weeks recreation leave and annual
