About the Role: Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care while enjoying the unique lifestyle and rich culture of the Torres Strait. Work with a supportive multidisciplinary team, manage a diverse clinical caseload, provide evidence-based care across a range of settings, and build meaningful relationships with patients, families and communities. Play an important role in improving health outcomes through continuity of care, chronic disease management and community-focused health initiatives. Mentor junior doctors and medical students and contribute to quality improvement activities and projects that support health equity for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
